Older Class A motorhome parked beside a red metal barn on wooded acreage

Selling your Holiday Rambler in Houston starts with identifying what you own. The lineup includes gasoline and diesel Class A motorhomes, Class C and Super C motorhomes, plus older travel trailers and fifth wheels. We consider current and older models, from an Admiral or Vacationer to an Endeavor, Navigator or Holiday Rambler towable.

Cash For RV buys directly from owners throughout Greater Houston, whether your RV runs, needs work, is paid off or still has a loan. We are an independent Houston buyer, not a Holiday Rambler dealer, and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Holiday Rambler or its parent company. Every unit is considered, although some may not be a fit.

The short version

Selling a current or older Holiday Rambler in Houston

Holiday Rambler owners have several distinct types of RVs to sell. An Admiral or current-generation Vacationer is a gasoline Class A, while Endeavor and Nautica are diesel Class A motorhomes. Nautica uses a Freightliner XCR chassis with REV Delta Foundation. These differences matter when we review your Class A motorhome, so send the model and chassis information rather than just the brand name.

We also consider Incline and Element Class C motorhomes, Super C models, and discontinued Navigator motorhomes. Older towables include Presidential travel trailers and fifth wheels, Alumascape fifth wheels, and Savoy LX travel trailers and fifth wheels. Discontinued status alone does not rule out selling an older RV.

Holiday Rambler remains in production. It joined REV Recreation Group in 2013, and Terex Corporation completed its merger with REV Group on February 2, 2026. Those ownership changes do not replace the need to identify your particular model year and configuration.

What shapes your Holiday Rambler cash offer

We look at the model line and tier, year, floorplan, slide-outs and overall condition. A larger diesel motorhome and an older fifth wheel require different evaluations. On a motorhome, we also review the engine, chassis, mileage and generator hours. Older Vacationer configurations, for example, include both Ford and Workhorse chassis, so year-specific paperwork helps.

Roof and sidewall condition, signs of water intrusion, tires and running gear all matter. For towables, share the condition of the hitch or pin box, axles and accessible storage areas. For motorhomes, tell us about starting, driving and any warning lights or known mechanical concerns.

Photos and accurate descriptions give us a better starting point than a model name alone. Our guide to what affects an RV cash offer explains why two RVs from the same model line can receive different offers.

Houston weather damage and RVs that no longer run

Houston heat, sun and humidity can show up as faded finishes, deteriorated seals, musty interiors and moisture damage. Heavy rain makes roof leaks and soft areas especially important to disclose. Tell us where water entered, whether it was repaired and whether flooring, walls or ceilings still show damage.

We consider worn, damaged, flood-damaged, non-running and end-of-life Holiday Ramblers. You do not need to make the RV presentable or get it running before asking us to review it. If you are selling a motorhome that does not run, describe the last time it operated and any diagnosis you have received.

Flood exposure should be described separately from a roof leak, including whether water reached living areas or mechanical components. We would rather understand the condition upfront than discover a significant undisclosed issue during the in-person look.

What to gather before requesting an offer

Start with the model year, model line and floorplan shown in your title, registration or other paperwork. If the floorplan is not listed there, send a photo of the manufacturer label or any model documentation you have. Include the VIN so we can review the specific unit.

Wide photos establish the overall condition, while close-ups explain damage. For a Holiday Rambler Class C motorhome, include the cab as well as the living area. Tell us where the RV is parked and whether it can be accessed for inspection and removal.

  • Photograph all exterior sides, the interior, storage compartments and visible damage.
  • Share mileage, generator hours and known engine or chassis issues for motorhomes.
  • Include available maintenance records and details of roof or water-damage repairs.
  • Tell us whether you have the title, an active lien or an ownership-document problem.

Loans, lost titles and ownership questions

You can request an offer while your Holiday Rambler still has a loan. We can pay the lender directly, and you receive any equity. If the payoff exceeds our offer, you must cover the difference at closing. We do not make loans. Our page on selling an RV with a loan explains the process.

Tell us early if the Texas title is missing, held electronically by a lender or still in someone else's name. A certified copy of a lost Texas title is requested through TxDMV using Form VTR-34. Inherited ownership may require different documents, so confirm the requirements with TxDMV, your county tax office or an attorney.

At signing, we handle the title paperwork and any lender payoff. You sign the title and Form 130-U, including the sales price, and remove your license plates. Motorized vehicles also require the date of sale and odometer reading on the title. File the free online Vehicle Transfer Notification with TxDMV within 30 days to protect yourself from post-sale tickets, tolls and liability.

Direct cash purchase versus a trade-in or private listing

A dealer trade-in connects the disposal of your Holiday Rambler to buying another RV. We only buy RVs, so our offer is a standalone purchase. We do not take trade-ins toward another unit, and you do not need to replace your RV to sell it to us.

A private listing may produce a higher selling price, but you manage inquiries, appointments, inspections and payment arrangements. Demonstrating an older diesel motorhome or arranging access to a stored fifth wheel can take coordination. A direct purchase gives you one buyer to work with and no listing to maintain.

There are no fees, commissions or obligation. If our in-person look matches your description, the offer stands. If we find a significant undisclosed issue, we explain what changed and why the number changes. You can decline.

Your offer, signing and Greater Houston pickup

Send details and photos through the online form, by phone or by text. We review the information and give a cash offer, often the same day. Then we arrange a quick in-person look at your home, storage lot, RV park or repair shop.

Our Greater Houston service area covers Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria, Galveston, Waller and Chambers counties. Tell us about access restrictions, missing keys, flat tires or obstacles that could affect removal.

At signing, we pay by cashier's check, bank transfer or cash and handle the paperwork and any lender payoff. We then tow or drive your Holiday Rambler away at no cost. To request a cash offer for your RV, start with the model, year, location and a few clear photos.

Selling a Holiday Rambler: common questions

Can I request an offer if I am unsure which Holiday Rambler model I own?

Yes. Send photos of the RV, VIN label and any title, registration or manufacturer paperwork you have. Tell us whether it is a motorhome, travel trailer or fifth wheel. We can start reviewing those details, but confirming the model year and configuration helps us avoid basing an offer on the wrong unit.

Do I need a recent inspection or service appointment before selling my Holiday Rambler?

No service appointment is required to request an offer. Share any records or diagnoses you already have, and describe problems you know about. We consider Holiday Ramblers that need mechanical work and arrange an in-person look before closing. You do not need to repair the RV simply to ask whether we would buy it.

Can you review my Holiday Rambler while it is at a repair shop?

Yes, if the shop is within Greater Houston. Send the location, current condition and any repair information you have. Let us know about access arrangements or restrictions before the visit. We can conduct the in-person look there and coordinate removal if you accept the offer and the purchase is completed.

What if my Holiday Rambler fifth wheel has registration but no title?

The trailer's gross weight matters. In Texas, trailers over 4,000 pounds must be titled; trailers weighing 4,000 pounds or less only need registration, with a title optional. Send the registration and available weight documentation before arranging signing. Confirm the requirements for your particular Holiday Rambler with TxDMV or your county tax assessor-collector office.

Should I empty my Holiday Rambler before sending photos?

You can send initial photos while your belongings are still inside, provided we can see the RV's condition. Point out areas obscured by stored items and photograph them when accessible. Before pickup, remove personal belongings and tell us about anything you intend to keep that could change the equipment included in the purchase.
