Selling your CrossRoads RV in Houston starts with identifying the towable you own. You might have a Zinger or Sunset Trail travel trailer, a Cruiser or Volante fifth wheel, or a Hampton destination trailer. We consider CrossRoads trailers and campers across these lines, including older models, units with damage and RVs that still have a loan.

Cash For RV is an independent Greater Houston buyer, not a CrossRoads dealer or a company affiliated with or endorsed by CrossRoads or its parent company. Share your RV’s details and photos, and we’ll review it for a cash offer. There are no fees, commissions or obligations, and we arrange pickup at no cost if you accept and complete the sale.

The short version

  • We consider CrossRoads travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers and destination trailers in any condition.
  • Your model, layout, condition and ownership paperwork help us evaluate your RV.
  • We can pay your lender directly, with any remaining equity going to you.
  • Accepted RVs are picked up wherever they are located within Greater Houston at no cost.

Selling your CrossRoads RV in Houston, from travel trailers to destination trailers

CrossRoads manufactured towable RVs, not motorhomes. Historical listings include both travel-trailer and fifth-wheel versions of Zinger, Sunset Trail, Cruiser and Cruiser Aire, so the model name alone may not identify your RV’s type. If yours connects to a bumper-style hitch, our page about selling a travel trailer in Houston explains that route.

Volante also included travel trailers and fifth wheels, including HP-package fifth wheels. We consider former CrossRoads portfolio lines such as Redwood fifth wheels, Hampton destination trailers, and Z-1 and Elevation toy haulers. Owners with a bed-mounted hitch can find more about selling a fifth wheel.

Clean, worn, damaged, flood-damaged and end-of-life units are all considered. A towable does not need to be road-ready for you to contact us. We review every CrossRoads offered to us, but some units may not be a fit, and we’ll tell you honestly.

Older CrossRoads models and the Keystone transition

CrossRoads’ official website no longer advertises a standalone current model lineup and directs visitors to Keystone RV. Keystone’s September 23, 2026 announcement identifies Redwood, Hampton and Zinger as continuing brands joining Keystone. It also says the CrossRoads name will be protected while Keystone evaluates its future.

That does not make every former model current CrossRoads production. For selling purposes, use the brand, year and model shown on your RV’s documents rather than relabeling it. A discontinued name does not automatically rule out an offer, and our guide to selling an older RV or camper covers that situation.

What shapes our cash offer for a CrossRoads

We start with the model line and tier, year, floorplan and slide-outs. A destination trailer requires a different assessment from a smaller travel trailer or toy hauler. We also review roof and sidewall condition, water intrusion, interior wear, tires and running gear, including the axles, brakes and hitch components.

Houston’s heat, sun and humidity make condition photos especially useful. Show cracked sealant, faded surfaces, stained ceilings, soft flooring or musty areas rather than hiding them. These observations help us assess condition; they are not claims about problems specific to CrossRoads.

Heavy rain and regional flooding can also affect the evaluation. Tell us about known flood exposure and any repairs afterward. You can sell a damaged RV as-is, and our explanation of what affects an RV cash offer provides more context.

Gather the details that identify your CrossRoads

You do not need a polished listing or professional photographs. Start with the title, registration or purchase paperwork to identify the model year, model line and floorplan. If the floorplan is not listed there, check the RV’s labels or other manufacturer paperwork and send a photo if you are unsure.

Include the RV’s location and whether it can be accessed and moved. For a fifth wheel or destination trailer that has stayed in one place, mention blocked access, attached steps or other items that could affect removal.

  • Model year, model line, floorplan and VIN.
  • Exterior photos of each side, the roof if safely accessible, and the hitch area.
  • Interior photos showing the living area, kitchen, bathroom and sleeping areas.
  • Close-ups of damage, stains, soft spots and tire condition.
  • Title status, loan information and any known repairs or flood exposure.

Selling a CrossRoads with a loan or missing title

A loan does not prevent us from reviewing your CrossRoads. We can pay the lender directly and pay you any equity. If the payoff exceeds our offer, you must cover the difference at closing; we do not make loans. Our page about selling an RV you still owe money on explains the process.

Tell us early if the title is missing, held electronically by a lender or still in another person’s name. A certified copy of a lost Texas title is requested from TxDMV using Form VTR-34. Texas trailers with a gross weight over 4,000 pounds must be titled; those weighing 4,000 pounds or less only require registration, with a title optional.

At signing, the seller signs the applicable title and Form 130-U showing the sales price. Confirm your document requirements with TxDMV or your county tax office, and payoff details with your lender. An inherited RV or ownership dispute may require an attorney’s guidance before a sale can proceed.

How your offer, payment and Greater Houston pickup work

Send details and photos through our online form, by phone or by text. We review them and provide a cash offer, often the same day, then arrange a quick in-person look. We can meet at your home, storage lot, RV park or repair shop.

If the RV matches your description, the offer stands. If we find something significant that was not disclosed, we explain what we found and why the number changes. You can decline and walk away.

At signing, we pay by cashier’s check, bank transfer or cash, handle the title paperwork and any lender payoff, and tow or drive the RV away at no cost. Our Greater Houston service area includes Harris, Fort Bend, Montgomery, Brazoria, Galveston, Waller and Chambers counties. Pickup is limited to Greater Houston.

A direct buyer versus a trade-in or private listing

A dealer trade-in is generally tied to acquiring another RV. We only buy RVs, so you do not need to replace your CrossRoads to sell it to us. We do not offer trade-ins, consignment or financing.

A private listing may produce a different price, but you handle inquiries, showings, payment arrangements and pickup coordination. That can be particularly involved with a fifth wheel or destination trailer when a prospective buyer needs suitable towing equipment. A direct cash offer lets you weigh the amount against the work of managing the sale yourself.

If you want cash for your CrossRoads RV without arranging a replacement purchase, request a cash offer. Describe its condition openly so we can give you a useful answer.

Selling a CrossRoads: common questions

My CrossRoads has sat at an RV park for years. Should I move it before contacting you?

No, contact us before attempting to move it. Tell us where your CrossRoads is parked, whether the tires hold air and whether anything is attached or blocking access. Photos of the hitch, wheels and surrounding space help us assess pickup. We can inspect it at a Greater Houston RV park and arrange removal at no cost if the sale proceeds.

Does a Volante’s HP package or underbelly equipment matter when I sell?

Include that information if your paperwork identifies it. The archived Volante brochure distinguishes standard fifth wheels from HP-package fifth wheels and lists a fully enclosed, forced-air-heated underbelly in its standard Convenience Package. We still need to assess your particular RV’s equipment and condition. Send documentation rather than assuming every feature remains present or working.

Can I sell my CrossRoads if the slide-outs will not open?

Yes, we can consider it with the slide-outs inoperative. Tell us which slides are affected, whether they are currently extended or retracted, and what you know about the issue. Do not force them open just to take pictures. Available interior and exterior photos can start the review, with access and removal requirements assessed during the in-person look.

Will you consider a CrossRoads with damage from Harvey or Beryl?

Yes, flood-damaged CrossRoads RVs are considered, although some may not be a fit. Tell us about known exposure during Hurricane Harvey, Hurricane Beryl or another flood event, including which areas took on water and any repairs. Share photos and records you already have. You do not need to repair the RV before asking us to evaluate it.

What if my paperwork says Cruiser but I do not know the exact version?

Send photos of the paperwork, VIN label, exterior model decals and hitch area. Historical CrossRoads listings included both Cruiser travel trailers and fifth wheels, so we should not identify the type from the name alone. Give us what you know, and we can review it without requiring you to guess a floorplan or equipment package.
